Rankings and other offseason nonsense

          Erin Andrews Peephole Video, now that I have everybody’s attention. Let’s discuss all the different preseason rankings that are out or will soon be forth coming.  Of course everybody and their mother will be putting out a Top 25 here in the upcoming 46 days.  What I like about the offseason is all the other rankings that come out , Top 25 hardest places to play , Top 25 tail gaiting schools, Top 25 beautiful campuses , Top 25 campuses with a lake etc.  Man we love to rank things, of course the only rankings that matter are the BCS rankings and of course The Playboy Magazine’s annual rankings of the top party schools in the country.

    Now those Playboy rankings are important, how else are young men suppose to decide on what college they want to spend the next four years occasionally attending classes?     Take note that the SEC dominates these rankings as well with 6 out of the top 10 being from the only conference that matters.  The lowest ranking school from the SEC was Mississippi State (#47) and still that’s not bad for a school in the state with the highest percent of obese citizens in America. Now on the other hand some of our friends from the All Creampuff Conference did not even crack the top 50. Girls from Boston College, Georgia Tech, UVA and Duke were all left off the list, while girls from Wisconsin, Iowa and Kansas all made the top 50..

  I though about ranking the top 50 worst student bodies but did not want to have to debate between the IVY league girls and the girls from the Dakota Universities. Besides we can put all this behind us soon, as the SEC media days start on Wednesday.  Two a Days will be starting soon after that and then let the games begin.
