Boy, this Brett Favre character really knows how to play with a man's heart.  He's there, he's not, he's back, he's not, he's done for good.. PSYCH!  He really isn't done, NOT!  He is done!  Today is opposite day, he's back!  This is a legendary performance and my man, Brett, hasn't even taken the field yet.  I'm so psyched; my friend called me that day.. and all I could think was they're baaaa-ack.  Except instead of zombies, it was DB's screaming.

This is the greatest thing ever for us, few Brett Favre apologists out there.  Wisconsin is filled with Packers fever, somehow jumping on the Ted Thompson is genius bandwagon, despite the offensive line from Little Giants still starting in Lambeau.  Regardless, the Favre apologists out there are estatic that he's taking the field for such a hated rival.  I can't wait to see him in purple; I'm even thinking of getting myself a nice little Favre Vikings jersey for my return trips home.  I am strongly considering making my way down to St. Louis to catch one of The Legend's games; never been to an NFL game outside of Lambeau.  Wouldn't that be a nice first?  To see the superstar that helped put Green Bay on the map slinging the rock around for the Vikings, racking up TD's and watching Adrian Peterson go banannas.

So, rumor has it online sports betting used to be really sweet; I heard pinnaclesports was an excellent, reputable site until the US cracked down on this alleged integrity issue.  An article I read points to a 1999 study that over $380 billion is illegally wagered on betting.  Now, I am not an advocate of; well, if society does it.. then it must be right.  Because usually, I think people are pretty stupid, especially society.  However, this seems harmless to me because the money can be used in so many ways.  Think of all the tax money and money, in general, the state and the US can collect, insane.  Anyway, it appears sports betting is only allowed in several states where it was legal before a certain law was passed.
BUT WAIT!  There is still a way for you to bet!  centsports.com and it is sweet.  There aren't props or a ton of other options.. but it is free betting.  It's a simple concept; advertisers pay your profit.  You view some ads maybe click on a few of them and then you can make and win some bets.  You start at .10 and have to work your way up from there.  It can be a real challenge, and you can do up to 5 game parlays; there are some early bonus options to boost your account size.  You'd have to read more of the rules to see how they try to limit you a little bit, which makes sense.. I'm sure they don't want to be making $550,000 payouts on a daily basis.

I have a love/hate relationship with the Big 10 Network.  You see, I am from Wisconsin, land of cheese, cows, brats, burgers and Big 10 Sports.  The weather, the game atmosphere, the rivalries, the fans, and the ugly fights in the trenches appeal to me.  So, naturally the Big 10 previews, the classic games, and the live games are amazing to me.  Look, I hate Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, and Ohio State; I mean really hate.. yet, here I tun in and watch Iowa beat LSU on a hail mary, Michigan vs. Ohio State, Ohio State's improbable win over Miami.  Why?  I think they are clearly great games; I know the players, the tradition, and the result.  I laugh to myself watching Jeff George sling the rock, ol Jess Settles battling in the paint, and seeing Desmond Howard strike the pose.  Just classic.
