Well, that's disappointing. I've gotten a few Packers fans all riled up with my Favre and Away post and now he's staying retired.. OR so he says. Muuuahahah. I hope this isn't over, I can't get enough of this story.. it's so much better than the Michael Jackson coverage. Brett has done more, and if you don't think so.. you're wrong. Michael Jackson doesn't have a prayer after him I bet.. Brett does. It's no big deal, that's just who he is and why he will be missed.
Brett deserves to go out on his own accord, and if this is it.. so be it. I can handle that, at least Minnesota isn't forcing him out after an entire career of service. At least their GM wanted him because he is a proven winner that will play through anything for his team. I wonder what it's like to have a GM that doesn't have to put his "stamp" on the team, I guess I won't know until Ted Thompson has run his course.
I guess Vikings fans will need to cross their fingers and hope they can find their way with ol' Sage or Michael's brother. Eeeek, hopefully for them All Day doesn't get hurt and the defense steps up to the plate. In other news, I think 6 wins in Green Bay should put ol' Ted on the hot seat as GM, I can only hope!
